Process Control and Monitoring
The old adage of “If you can’t Measure it, you can’t manage it’ is true of all processes including Rotational Moulding. The availability of affordable and effective process mapping and control equipment gives a moulder the power to track and fine tune their process with accuracy. Few can afford the time and material expense to develop a model to account for all input combinations on all products, particularly in today’s competitive environment. This presentation aims to highlight several cause and effect observations made in actual field operations using a case study format.  This presentation supports the workshop on Temperature Measurement.

Workshops
Once again this year, the last day of the conference will include the interactive workshops that delegates enjoy so much.  The three workshops are attended by all delegates and will focus on the practical aspects of the process including on Temperature Measurement (Gary Lategan, TempLogger®, Mould Release & Fittings for Rotomoulded Parts.

Bonus
This year’s special guest speaker, Mark Kearns will be holding a bonus “Introduction To Rotational Moulding” workshop on Sunday 23rd July, as an option for delegates.  This workshop will include the background to the process with Rotomoulding examples from around the world.  The workshop is provided to conference delegates as a free of charge, additional option.

Events
There is an events program accompanying the event include Welcome Drinks and two dinners. Vanglobe are hosting the Casual Dinner at the Old Swan Brewery which we feature beer testing and entertainment.
